I’ve only had Prosciutto and Brie on crackers on a charcuterie board. But why not as a popper? Just so you know, these were freakin MONEY! 💰
So tell me, how many are your Shmashin?!

𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
•Slice your jalapeño’s in halves
•Remove seeds and veins for filling
•Slice up your Brie to fit
•Fill other half w/ Jam
•Wrap each one w/ prosciutto
•Coat in oil and season w/ BBQ rub
•Smoke at 300 for about an hour
