It's like a meaty bundt fruit cake you can slice

At what temperature
@@wow_martinez504 within the video i mentioned to set the smoker to 225 degrees but honestly can even go a little lower to 200 depending on your smoker. The main focus being to reach about 190F internal temp on the ribs themselves.
