Insane level of emotional touch. It goes straight in the heart. Simply AWESOME mate. Keep it Up.❤
Thank you very much kind sir!
wowwww,.. what an outstanding work...One of the best wedding videos that I have seen in youtube..
absolutely amazing visual.. Great video!
This was amazing! I'm really curious about how you recorded the audio, both image and sound are great.
Wow this is amazing man. I didn't expect to see a video this great. I'm inspired, keep it up!
Katleho Leeuw thanks man!
Beautifully captured and great emotions from the bride. I've just recently tried the Canon R with the 24-104 F4 and the 85 prime 1.2 and straight out of the camera @ 1080p the clour was great, hardly any re-touching. Normlly I manual focus but it was nice to let the Canon do all the work. I also loved the programmable ring on the 24-100 lens which was set to ISO. This meant that it was very quick and easy to overide. Now if Canon could have the same IBIS like Panasonic then it would be a killer camera (I currently shoot with Pansonics) even if they have the make the camera slightly bigger.
IBIS is coming in the R5
@@Iambrockbailey Apparently R5 and R6 have overheating problems. Otherwise I would have definitely gone in for the R6
Absolutely beautiful video. Might be shooting a wedding this summer for a family member, have to find out if it’s photo or video but I’ll definitely be checking out the rest of your videos for things to look for.
Thanks Ashton! Yea if you have any questions feel free to let us know!!:)
This convinced me to purchase the EOS R ❤
Its a great camera!
This is beautiful! I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts in the review. It is something that I am struggling with. My wife is a photographer and shoots Canon. I currently shoot Sony, and came from a Panasonic GH3. It would be so nice to have one cohesive look for color grading. We just got the EOS R and are testing it out, but I am up in the air about getting rid of the A7III.
The Sony a7iii is an AMAZING camera. For me it came down to the canon color science and the c-log for me. I hate s-log personally. I hate the menus and overall functionality of the Sony as well. but as far as image quality you can't go wrong with either camera. but I LOVE my canon!
Excellent
excellent, like seeing a movie in a cinema
thank you!!
its a very good job
wow how many people recorded this? you got so many facial expressions and reactions during the walk up at the sametime. Beautiful!
That's a damn good edit!
Troy Nesby thank you Troy!
you just convince me to get the eos R. Thank you sir
Do you mind sharing your lut please?
Beautiful work!
Amazing work! The quality of the video is incredible and the sequence of scenes is beautiful! I’m curious, and maybe you could help me telling us, what lenses did you use for this video?
We use the 35mm sigma 1.4 and the 100mm macro canon!
@@Iambrockbailey So you only used 2 lenses for the entire wedding?
@@eirendiaz9003 Yep!!
@@Iambrockbailey Hi... i love your videos. Can you tell me if the 100mm macro canon which you use is the "L" version or the non-L version ?
@@Eddie303 it is the L version!
Amazing video!!
Hi, what are your settings here!!! Love it
Hey Brock nice video. May i ask when in auto focus what mode do you use ? tracking, 1 point af, expand af area, zone af. Reagrds Steve
I use tracking! I also tap to focus a lot!
@@Iambrockbailey thanks man cheers
Hi, Brock!! Very good job!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Which picture profile and settings? what stabilizer have you used??
I have the ronin s! I always shoot in c-log in the neutral profile!
Great video man!
Amazing work! What lut do you use ?
Arnaud Roose in description
Brock Bailey did you use a conversion lut from log to rec. 709?
Great video! Do you use c-log the entire wedding?
YEs!
This was amazing Brock! Im wondering about the use of one SD Card. Do you you use an external SSD Hard drive? I've been considering getting this camera but that is the only thing holding me back. Would love to know your thoughts on this!!
I have never in my entire life needed more than one sd card slot. one sd card is more than enough for me! I usually only need one sd card per wedding!
nice video bro, what laptop would recommend for video editing on the move?
Did you use a rec709 convert lut? I absolutely loved the color!
I did not! I just did a quick color grade before adding my lUT
Brock Bailey wow that’s great! Awesome work
this looks good man!
Thanks man!
Did you have a second shooter? Amazing work!
Doesn’t get better...
Did you use c-log?
Yes!
I want to migrate to this Canon EOS R, and I have lenses for 6D Canon 35 1.4 sigma art and 50mm ... would it be better to sell them and buy native RF lenses or can I use adapter to use with sigma ? which do you prefer?
I would!
Whats your process when you color grade your c log footage? Everytime I start to grade the image turns out so grainy... I expose properly, I use NDs, everything is good so I’m not sure why that happens. Thank you and amazing film!
What ISO are you shooting at? I have never seen any grain in my footage. I always expose +1 to. I add my LUT and than mess with my highlights and shadows. You want to bring shadows down to reduce the noise.
Brock Bailey alright I’ll try that then. I’m also using an EOS R like you which is why I asked. Everyone I start to add contrast and what not it starts to look bad.
@@Iambrockbailey When you say you expose +1 you do you mean you are one over on the exposure bracket on the screen when shooting in log? Thank you
@@glennparker8247 Yes!
@@Iambrockbailey legend! Thank you.
Coming with a curiousity of EOS R color
leave with a fricking tears and lumped throat :(
Hafidh Turmuji hahaha sameee bro 😭
Jordan Toporek yeah man😩
Are you using any lens filters like black pro mist or other Tiffen filters and if so which ones?
I cranked shutter for this one
How to picture style setting
Damn good job
Lens bro?
Hey Brock, nice film! How you getting on without 4K 60 on the R? You mentioned in a previous video that you shoot the whole day in 4K 60... I’ve just upgraded from GH5/s to 3x S1’s - I just couldn’t go to the R due to no 4K 60. Was it the AF that made you switch?
no need for 4k lol I am shooting 100% in 1080 60p now. AF, color science and c-log were huge factors of switching for me!
@@Iambrockbailey Interesting and bold switch in a "4k world" lol - I think maybe we all get blinded by 4k and forget how good HD still is. I'm intrigued to know more about your thought process going from 4K to 1080 shooting - was there anything about the S1 specifically that made you switch over (rather than just Canon)?
Edit: sorry for all the questions, I've literally just received 3 S1's today and I'm debating sending them back and getting R's for half the price and buying additional glass (UK).
David Sargant I love canon color science and I love AF when it comes so weddings. Those are the main reasons I switched.
I didn’t like the v-log out of the s1 personally. The s1 is a great camera. I had two bodies and lenses and sold everything to get three eos Rs with like 5 lenses lol It also pairs nice with my c200:) I just really love canon. I have been all over the Panasonic line for a long time and I’m so happy I made the switch. I don’t need 4K right now and I charge extra for it. When I need to shoot 4K 60 I will just shoot on my c200.
There is also a new RS that is coming out lol I may bump up to that next year, but this year I am EOS R all day!
Hey man I’m looking for a new camera I got the canon m50 and few like I need higher quality is the 4K on eosr really good it’s between pocket 6k vs eosr and a gh5
I shoot in 2080 all day! I do not need 4k and if you feel that you do than you have been watching to much youtube lol. Canon is my favorite line and I love the AF! That would be my vote!
Brock Bailey yeah man I just feel I want my quality and dynamic range a lot higher and everyone is shooting 4k 60 or 30 and there able to zoom in and still get shark video when I zoom in it looks like 720
@@mrbeardboii1133 My videos have proved that myth:)
Hey Brock, I'm getting ready for the R5 so doing my Canon research haha. Currently shooting on the S1 but wanted to know how much AF you use in your weddings? I'd love to be able to whack the EOS on a gimbal and rely on AF all day, is it possible?!
I am in AF all day! Its literally amazing! I love to tap focus as I am tracking a bride as well! I wouldn't go back to the S1 at all after switching to the canon!
Brock Bailey so good to hear! Also, do you know if it is compatible with the RoninS and an hdmi monitor at same time at all?
Great work!!! Did you shoot HD or 4k for this?
1080! No need for 4k yet!
@@Iambrockbailey Awesome! Keep up the great work man!
Whoa that’s crazy that this is shot in 1080p, looks like 4K to me!! Awesome job!
Were you shooting in canon log before applying the luts ?
Ric S yes
Your using a Panasonic lens on a Cannon camera is that right?
Did you add any sharpining
I added +1 in camera
was this shot with just you handling one camera for the day?
beautiful. Is this 8 bit or 10 bit footage?
8 bit!
@@Iambrockbailey That's so good! Subscribed to you! How many cameras do you use in the wedding day? I'm starting to do more wedding video work next month and it's very exciting! WOuld love to learn more tips from you if possible!
@@kienobimedia I usually have 3 set up for ceremony, but other than that I only rock two the rest of the day. I have one and my second shooter has one! Yea man I would love to shoot some tips your way!
@@Iambrockbailey Appreciate you man! Do you shoot auto focus on weddings most of the time? Any tips on how to nail your focus and exposure all the time with C-log?
hye is it in full hd or 4k
HD!
hi, this lens its 85 mm art? ty
was this shot in clog?
@@luispaniagua23 yes!
If the main camera was the Sony how it’s says canon in the header of the video . .
This video was done with canon. It was shot over 3 years ago when I had it..
What adapter do you use?
Just the sigma one
Do you still film with the S1?
I no longer do!
@@Iambrockbailey Is there a reason why? Thinking of getting a second eos r for a b cam. I was thinking about buying the S1 but I'm not sure its worth the trouble tbh.
Too much camera or post processing sharpness
