I did this workout for 3 days straight (slowly getting myself into a workout routine) and wow I loved this one so much! The first day I couldn’t keep my arms up the whole time but the second two I could! Now a rest day and onto the next video 🥰
I am still trying to get half way through without stopping. This is a great workout and of course the one exercise that does repeat at least three times wipes me out. Thanks 😊

This was a nice finisher to my weight training workout. 🤍💛🤍💛🤍💛🤍💛🤍💛🤍💛 Update: did this again. 232 active calories burned this time, 3822 steps, average 154bpm with my highest at 168. Added this onto my hour cardio weight training. The perfect ender! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 Update: short on time and was only planning to do 50% but I’m addicted to your workouts and next thing I know, I was done. LOVED this! I love the MISS feel, where I got a good workout but not just totally 💀 lol. I will definitely do this one over & over. Also love your creativity when adding mutli-step moves. More of these pleeeeease!! Esp longer 😁 you’re awesome!
I got a really good walking walkout and would definitely repeat it. I loved the way it was sequenced and most of all loved the music which really got me going. My only slightly negative comment would be to say that the moves were repetitious and got boring after a while. Never mind though, you get out what you put in, so I improvised a whole lot of new ones keeping to the timing, pace and intensity. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

Best workout I've found. I'm a 49 out of shape asthmatic. This was great and I love the no repeats of exercises. I think I burned send 800-900 calories.
