      In some houses- because of the way its built- they will have on slippers for certain rooms, them put them back on for other rooms. Like the main room will be viewed as outside....i had one sim that ignored the rule- and wore shoes anyway. I think he got a mischievous moodlet of some kind.... but he got scolded by a family member, then got embarrassed... lol

    I love the pet doors because it means I can make sure they only go out that door to avoid them getting sick easier.
    I never move into a Sims house without the sprinkler system installed, the fire isn't worth it!
    I actually had no freaking clue about the additional outfit option, I've been playing since release I just never knew...really shows how little I pay attention in this game 😬
    I haven't touched the ice cream machine in years so I had no clue about the ice cream differences, I need to try that now.

    What a fun video! I was a Sims 2 purist for many years, but when 4 became free for download I moved there. I don’t love that the lots are so limited or that time moves so slowly; I play generations (with a nobility system). But 4 is my thing now. Nice work!

    New things I learned even though I’ve owned the game and every pack as released since the beginning:
    • speaker
    • space launch watch
    • thank you letters
    • making a eulogy
    • toddler potty skill
    • pet plasma packs?
    I knew you could make a sack lunch but didn’t understand what it was for lol
    I use mods and cc, watch other simmers and still learned lots 🤍

    These are some pretty cool game features; I only knew of a few of them. Thank you for this video.
    I love the multiple outfits feature. I used this with my teens, before I discovered the Fashion Authority Mod, to give them a school uniform. I use this more often with the Cold Weather Category, I give them one outfit for Cold Weather, one outfit for Rainy Weather, and an outfit that includes a sweater or sweatshirt. Of course, they don't always use it for when its intended but being able to change them into it is pretty cool.

    • @dbseamz
      @dbseamz Рік тому

      I might just do the cold-weather thing. Doesn't make sense for a Sim to wear a full snowsuit when it's just chilly rain out, nor does it make sense for jeans and a sweater to be sufficient at the top of Mt Komorebi.
