I’m actually playing with a family where I killed a sim for the plot. He died while his wife was pregnant with twin girls (and they’re identical twins which NEVER happens for me unless I make them in cas) and mom adores one twin but can’t stand the other. Right now the twins are in high school…well one is. Amber, my poor unloved rebellious twin with low self esteem got expelled, meanwhile the beloved twin with high self esteem Anika is an A student and has been elected prom royalty twice along her boyfriend…who is also the father of Amber’s baby (I love to add a little drama in my games)
I'm not from the United States and I found it very strange to know that there is one prom a week at school. Is it really like that or is it because I selected the longest lifespan?
@@l1rangell in real life it’s only once a year. only Juniors and Seniors (3rd and 4th year of high school 12/13th grade) can attend so some people attend prom twice during their High School years. Hope this helps

Now she’s a single mom with a baby and a dog. She was in the criminal career but I’m trying to transition her into an painter so she can make more money and stay home. The stress went from 0 to 100.lol.
I've put my birthday in as a holiday where they bake, give presents, go streaking, and a few other things. I have put mean/evil/greedy sims in but I find it so hard to be mean to my Sims. I do like the idea of having a big celebration for a birthday and also the summer camp.
I did not know that you could do summer camps. I love that idea because I need something to do with kids in the sims. There’s nothing for them to do. Thank you, I am definitely going to use this in my game.

So the teen will have to support herself, her sibling/siblings idk yet
Loved the video. I am actually doing a challenge now where I am challenging myself. It's a teen survival set in a post-apocalyptic world, and each challenge is with an object that I rarely use that may cause death. So, think the wishing well from the Romantic Garden pack, vending machines, the tiny living wall bed, etc. My normal gameplay style is rags-to-riches off the grid, finding someone and having a family, so this is quite the opposite of how I play because I really get upset when my sims die. lol A lot of simmers also try to micro-manage their sims, so having full autonomy on and letting your sim do what they want can bring some crazy results.
i sometimes change traits too. i played the alien stole my parents scenario and the teen got through a lot of hardships, like no money, fighting with the landlord, get cheated on and stuff and her pretty worryless personality got gloomie and hot headed and stuff :D
0:41 I add spooky day, springfest, memorial day, juneteenth, summerfest, and a public holiday. Public holiday has no traditions, just the day off. Then I move the existing holidays around a little like nye on the first Saturday of winter and love day in winter. Like winter in real life doesn't end until fed so yea lol
I add Wiccan holidays to my calendar. I use the 28 day season calendar and put one of the 8 Wiccan holidays every 2 weeks. I take out Winterfest and put in Yule instead. I replace Harvestfest with Samhain. I place Yule, Eostre, Litha, and Mabon on the first day of each season (the equinoxes and solstices) and Imbolc, Beltane, Lughnasadh, and Samhain on the corresponding mid-season Sundays.

But maybe I'm just stupid and don't know how to play correctly.

I like adding "The Big Game" holiday with watch sports TV, barbecue, exercise and dare to streak to be like watching the Super Bowl.
What I like to do is add extra lots in the world (a vacation home in each world, a spa, library, gym, ect..). Oh and First🎉
True, it makes visiting random worlds so much more fun and sorta realistic

Oh my god, you can combine the scouts with the camp and have it be Girl Scout or Boy Scout camp
