I just made this, my batter didn't rise up as high in my 9 inch cake tin, and the outside was a bit dark and crusty...but the inside is surprisingly moist like a bread pudding 😊

Hi, the tops of my cakes and muffins turn moist and sticky after an hour or so once they are baked completely. Can you please guide me to prevent it from happening. I use only the bottom heating element with fan @ 160 degrees for baking.
I tried the recipe recently. I didn't have yoghurt so I substitute with kefir & it works fine. This recipe is worth trying out.
I made this today and it turned out great. I baked it at 355°F oven x 72 mins. Thanks for the recipe.
