DeLorean Flying Car DLC for RDR2 Multiplayer confirmed
Rdr takes place in 1911. When you play as Jack is 1914. Does that mean all that strangers like the guy with the plane have been waiting for John for 3 years? And when Jack arrives they're like "oh you arrived in no time". Time was a weird thing in those times huh.
You can assume they had other things going on then. It may have just been a small favor to them.
I imagine the concept behind that is that you're firstly not supposed to start objectives only to totally abandon them. Like, for example, if you don't start the flower gathering objective, for all you know that guy has just been living his life until Jack finally runs into him instead of his father. I don't see what's weird or hard to believe about that. I'm sure the devs just didn't take the time to really think about that or test it like the players either.
Mail in that time took about 2 months to get form place to place
And in rdr2 you pass from 1899 to 1907 and still the stranger missions don't change that much

If you looked at the Landon Ricketts article you can see his involvement in the "Blackwater massacre of 1899" so he should be in RDR2.

Niko Bellic Not saying he’ll definitely be in there considering the death of the voice actor, but RDR2 is a prequel. Add that to the fact that it takes place in 1899, the same year as the Blackwater massacre (which according to the lore Ricketts was involved in), it’s very possible we’ll see a slightly younger LR if R* chooses to involve him.

But this is an easter egg compilation, so something shouldn't be left out because "Everyone knows" it. And the location plays quite an important role in who the Strange Man is.

An interpretation of the quote “the devil has got into that beast” can be heard in the gameplay video for RDR II when a character says “yeah, he’s a great horse, aside from when the devils got him”
There's also a creepy detail when in "Tumbleweed", during certain hours of the day you'll hear a dog barking or like a chicken clucking despite it being derelict.
some animals making noises isn’t creepy lol. sure the town is derelict but it’s not uncommon at all for a random chicken or dog to show up, barely a detail and definitely not a creepy one

Whilst playing as Jack, you can hear Rufus barking. And some have reported that they found a white dog with blood all over it in Beechers Hope. I haven't seen this yet, but I have heard Rufus bark.

Yeah I heard that before not the chicken though thought it was like a wold or coyote or something it always freaky being there alone after clearing out a gang. Had to do that during a thunder storm was honestly freaky gets better in the light though
Just started playing Red Dead: The original, and I must say that it is a very fun and immersive game with tons of content to keep just about anyone busy. Then there is the open world with tons of places to go, people to see, things to kill, and of course fun to be had.
There needs to be more videos like this one on here showing all the hidden goodies, additional Easter eggs, hidden items and extra things that can be done in game.

They could have hired a new voice actor. Any subtle difference in the sound of the voice could easily be explained by the character being 10 years younger. Also, he could appear without a speaking role.

I hope the stranger from the "I Know You" quests makes a reappearance. He is easily one of my favorite characters in RDR.

You find out the magician died mysteriously and the devil posessed his form which is why he acts differently with a different accent but the exact same face/outfit.

I would be thrilled if they had just done a dlc with all the cool cut content I would pay 50$ for all that stuff to be added without hesitation I mean just the fact you could have taken a boat back to guarma after chapter 5, plus the missing princess and Arthur being able to go to new Austin without the glitch but most of all being able to bring a companion/gang member with you during free roam
