Good job Ryan. That would have been good information to have when I got my Weekend Warrior machine. The only thing I would add is the air hose for the closed loop pump on mine was attached to the Y fitting behind the machine and the brass fitting was already attached to the demand pump. I used a heat gun for a few seconds to warm the plastic tube and it slipped right on the fitting because it wasn't going on very well cold. Don't get it too hot though, just warm is enough. The clamp was already on the tube so I just moved that into place with a pair of pliers. The only other suggestion I have is the air connection. Most people don't have a shop air system like you have at your facility which is probably powered by a rotary screw compressor. The vast majority of people have a much smaller air source and will be needing to add a regulator to the machine itself. I bought a Nitra precision regulator and pressure gauge from Automation Direct. Obviously, there are much cheaper options and you might want to cover the differences between the regulators available and how to actually attach the regulator to the machine. It's not that hard to figure out, but a little bit of information goes a long way in my humble opinion. If someone has never used a machine that required regulated air pressure, they might have a little difficulty figuring it out on their own, so it would save some frustration if you were to cover that in a little more detail. Just relating my experience, my machine required much for than 25 pounds of media that came with the machine. I have a mixture of glass beads and aluminum oxide in my machine. The only difference I can think of is I had the floor removed from my machine with the air turned off and then circulated the slurry. I dipped the cup into the hopper instead of capturing it straight out of the nozzle. I am going to do more testing to see if there is a difference in the concentration reading depending on how the sample is collected. Logic dictates, at least my logic does, that the concentration should be the same, but I am going to investigate further. Again, great information that would have been helpful when I got my machine and I am happy to see that you covered it in more detail.

I'm interested in one of these but I need to know how high it is from the floor to the glove opening. I would need to shorten the stand because I am a wheelchair user.

In freezing weather, how much RV antifreeze should I add to the machine?

We have never had success when using antifreeze to prevent freezing in a machine. We are currently exploring multiple methods to solve this issue!

When do i open the ball valves after adding media?

We recommend 2-3 minutes. That is the same amount of time you should wait to open the ball valve after blasting. Also the finer the abrasive, the longer you should allow the abrasive to settle. Great question!

This is a very good job, but all the back ground noise kind of sucks. I hope you do another video when we get to hear you better.
