Lewis Horton Guitar is in Drop-D tuning (1st string tuned a full step down to D, all other strings are in regular tuning). He is picking string 1, 3, 4 and (alternating) 2, 3, 4 with flageolett over the 12th fret (actually it‘s the 15th fret, due to the capo on the 3rd). Hope this helps. ST
