Defeat Him In 7 Easy steps
1- When the gun spawn in his hand use your super to get some dps in
2- Then head where you saw me head to
3 - Glide over to the stairs and slide under
4- Dps him until he goes into 2nd Phase
5 - As hes going into second phase grapple out side of the ring and walk up the barrier
6 - Dps him and WALA! you did it!
7 - GOOD LUCK

I tried under the steps and while it works good, I can't seem to get out from underneath of them before he puts up the bubble and it pulls me inside, where he kicks my butt. Any suggestions?

yea so what i did and showed other guardians is get his life on low ( like one shot low) then use your strand grapple to get back on the top (should be a strand grapple things right above you ) then make him go into phase 2 (shoot the rest of his health away ) this give you more time to get back to the top and grapple above the dome before it pulls you in. If you stay to long under the stairs during phase two you will get pulled in.
