The Morimoto kit is a great value. I upgraded my Mazda 3 with a similar kit several years ago. The change is truly dramatic. I HIGHLY recommend this upgrade over any PnP LED bulbs.
Just ordered a similar setup for my wife’s Highlander with Brandon. 5000k with a relay harness, the same fogs, and backup/plate lights to clean up the rear end. Did this customer notice any flickering with the auto stop start?
@@LightwerkzGlobalis there no relay needed because you chose to you a hylux ballast with the morimoto kit? What if you used morimoto ballast would one then be needed ?
The Hylux 2a88 is a "slow start" ballast. Pulls power slowly so it doesnt require a relayed wiring harness. If you use a morimoto ballast we recommend a relay harness. Fun fact, Hylux produces the ballasts for morimoto. Keep it simple and use the Hylux 2a88. Less things to worry about when you skip the harness. @@Bostonn617

Looks like he’s got a fluid film undercoating, smart owner!
Definitely need those yellow fogs next!

I actually have the same set up. But only 4k hid instead of the 6k as I feel I can see better with the OEM color.
I’m assuming over time, the hid will burn the bowls correct?
projector bowl coating deteriorates over time regardless. Some models are worse than others. No known concerns with this model.
Perfect I just bought a 13 Highlander and did you use the relay harness for the hid kit?
No relay harness required with this kit.

What is the Square shaped Shade on the top of the low beam beam?
industry term refers to it as a "squirrel finder" - its just a little additional light to see signs without blinding oncoming traffic.
@@LightwerkzGlobalThank you brother. how it works ? with low beam projector ?
Correct its part of the original projector design. When low beam is on this extra window of light is seen @@spinspittah9533
@@LightwerkzGlobalGot it!
