Invest in an off plan in jvc like elitz 3 where we don’t know the future as high supply coming in 2/3 yrs in jvc. OR better to buy a built apartment in one of your 5 top locations in marina? For investment purposes that is. Rent generation etc.
@@Zahid7865 I personally would pick a high demand tourist area that has limited supply scheduled to come onto the market (Dubai Marina / JLT)... Or alternatively you could pick a cheaper location like Discovery Gardens and purchase two properties for example... Happy to discuss further on a call :)

Can i buy any of these apartments by putting 20% down and rest monthly payments without interest? As alot of developers are promoting online
No unfortunately you cant - you can only use a payment plan for new builds :)
