    What are the best options for someone looking to move from renting (60k/yr) to owning . Able to make downpayment of around 300k. Preference for locations with walking distance from metro

      This will depend on a number of factors: how much you can borrow, where you work, lifestyle preferences... Lots of options you could look at: Business Bay, JLT, Dubai Marina, JVC. Feel free to book in a call on the link in the description to discuss

    Tom what do you think of Orra Marina - I’m thinking of buying a one bed there.

      I personally have never visited that tower, make sure you read reviews online / visit the tower before making a purchase. It is worth noting that most towers after 'Al Sayorah St' bridge are known as the 'cheaper' end of the Marina

    Can i buy any of these apartments by putting 20% down and rest monthly payments without interest? As alot of developers are promoting online

      No unfortunately you cant - you can only use a payment plan for new builds :)

    Just the kind of information I was trying to dig out for last 3 nights (using bayut etc). You nailed it for me Tom. Subscribed right away. Keep up the good work. I might actually get in contact when I visit dubai in next few weeks.
    Just a question which is good property website other than bayut and property finder in your opinion?

      Great - really pleased you found it useful, feel free to reach out if you want any advice etc. Property Finder is the best searching for properties, whereas, DXB Interact is a useful website you can find statistics etc

      Thanks for the reply. My confusion is here. Say If you wanna invest around 1.4m AED. what would you do?
      Invest in an off plan in jvc like elitz 3 where we don’t know the future as high supply coming in 2/3 yrs in jvc. OR better to buy a built apartment in one of your 5 top locations in marina?
      For investment purposes that is. Rent generation etc.

      @@Zahid7865 I personally would pick a high demand tourist area that has limited supply scheduled to come onto the market (Dubai Marina / JLT)... Or alternatively you could pick a cheaper location like Discovery Gardens and purchase two properties for example... Happy to discuss further on a call :)
