im from washington and that course was also our districts course which we ran the next day, i loved seeing familiar landmarks in tacoma while watching this!
yup i had massive prs on that course for the curtis invite and districts, its really cool how our districts course is used for big college races

17 hours is a lot…. I know 12 hours is considered a full time student…basically 4 classes at
3-credits per class. Some,, like Calculus ( higher mathematics) is considered a 4-credit class…. So, I know 17 is like 5-6 classes 😶 , and Maybe with a 1-2 point credit lab. You know what I’m talking about !!! 😎😎. So,, with that many hours and collegiate running…. You one busy dude ! Sorry to hear about Leo….. had my appendix removed years ago…. He’s a strong guy, and he’ll be back soon enough 💪🙂👍🏃♂️. Keep doing what you’re doing ( get that degree from Stanford 👍,,,, and keep running)…. ! Stay strong, and best wishes for a speedy recovery for Leo.

Do you guys have any thoughts on transitioning from XC to indoor? I had states yesterday and now I’m taking a week to recover mentally/physically, gonna do some weights, cut mileage, whatever. Anything that’s helped you in the past?
I would really focus on releasing the tension in your legs. Try to stretch and roll out a lot. You want to start your new season with as fresh and recovered legs as possible.

The Pac-12 is done, all the schools are moving conferences, we are moving to the ACC
