Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well. Since you love this recipe, I made an updated version. Please check it out & enjoy: ua-cam.com/video/6hRF9LrJvfM/v-deo.htmlsi=B9de0WeGaz3cN7md
Anyway I can’t blame my master who introduced me to cooking 🧑🍳 when I didn’t even have an idea about it but I found the best place or channel that can even teaches us home foods ( south Sudanese foods). May this channel grow and reach my hommies in Casablanca and Fez 🇲🇦🇲🇦😀😂
So I have been on UA-cam for all these years and I can’t even get this channel. Anyway I’m thankful I found myself here. It’s time to cook more better than before. Thanks for the video “ Bambia “ Bambia is my favorite 😍.
You’re most welcome. You haven’t missed much. I started the channel a year ago so there’s not too much to catch up on. We’re on a learning curve so buckle up & let’s take this culinary journey together. Welcome to the channel ❤️❤️
You can use boneless lamb leg or shoulder for this recipe, however, I prefer it with bones. For this recipe, I used lamb leg (with bone). I asked my butcher to cut it into curry size pieces & then I cut any big pieces into smaller bite-size pieces.

Have you tried making this in an Instapot?
Unfortunately, I’ve not tried it in an instapot
I just made it on the stove but it was amazing. My husband loved it. Next time I’m going to try adding red peppers. We love spicy
@@deeannmyres-magboul5310 I’m glad you loved it. 🌶️ will make it even better if you like it spicy
I've never added cinnamon, is that for flavor?
It’s more for the fragrance than flavour but it’s optional.
How much onion? Is goat ok to use?
Depending on how thick you like your stew, use 3-4 large onions. Yes, you can use goat meat if preferred.
