RECIPE Croissants with jam.
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml warm milk.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
7 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 chicken egg and 1 egg white.
Mix everything.
Sift 750 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Put the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form a ball from the dough.
Put the dough in a bowl.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough rose well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 10 parts.
Form a ball from each piece of dough.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough on the table for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out a ball of dough with a rolling pin.
Do the same with the rest of the test.
Grease the dough with soft butter.
Lay out the dough in layers.
Grease each layer of dough with butter.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The thickness of my dough is 0.5 cm.
Cut the dough into 16 pieces with a knife.
Cut the dough.
Put 1 teaspoon of jam on the dough.
Fold the dough like I did.
Do the same with the rest of the test.
Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover croissants with cling film.
Let the croissants rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The croissants were good.
Brush the croissants with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of water.
Bake the croissants in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
