Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!
Subscribe, like and cook!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Sift 450 g of wheat flour.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Make a well in the flour.
400 ml of warm water.
Mix.
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1.5 teaspoons of salt.
Mixing.
Add another 200 g of wheat flour.
Knead the soft dough until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil.
Cover with food-grade film.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough rose well.
Knead the dough and form a ball.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough with your hands.
Fold the edges.
Roll up as shown in the video.
Repeat after me.
Roll up.
Secure the edges.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Roll out the second dough in the same way.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.

Also from NY. It is far from 5 minute bread, but it really was fantastic. Total time was nearly 3 hours. 45+20+20+35+kneading time in-between. Well worth it, just make sure you've got some time when you start. Good luck.

I substituted 150 grams of white flour with 150 grams of whole wheat flour. Also used, for health sake, extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil. The two loafs came out greatly. The flavor of the bread I found just ok. Not bad but not great either. I think I needed a little more salt. Thank you for the recipe.
