Not many people go to the cinema these days - it's too expensive! You can sit at home at watch films on Netflix or Prime for a fraction of the cost. We would've been better with a large venue for bands/groups to perform live.....or for trade shows/game shows etc. I can see this being a flop. It's taken so long for the planning to go ahead

I’m 47 by the time I’m 70 they might have finished:)
Only took 6 years over originally planned and over budget !
Took sheffield over 20 years and developer hammerson never layed a brick on the original sevenstone.
