Do you still use this? How have your opinion(s) changed and stayed the same re: the vitruvian? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!
Don’t sole also make one of these style machines ? Would love to see a review of that as a comparison
The Sole SRVO, we have a spec review up on our website that you can check out. We're hoping to test and review it this fall.
It sounds insanely loud. Can you set it on some generic setting so you can use it along with your UA-cam classes ?
Does the bench fold up? If not, vitruvian really doesn't get one of their main selling points (space saving).
it does with the pro kit
I have a bad back. I can't do bent over rows or deadlifts. Is there any point to me getting this machine?
There are still plenty of exercises that you'll be able to do, even with a bad back since it's a complete home gym.
You can in theory do those exercises more safely. Plus there are variations of each you can do.
Belt squats actually really help with lower back issues. So this would be a great way to do those.
How are the instructor led class is it too fast?
can you build muscle and lose fat with this?
wow amazing machine
Thanks for watching!
