Pavarotti once said that Elvis could have been one of the best opera singers ever if he had the right training. He said that Elvis could sing like him, but he could not sing like Elvis. Such a great compliment from one of the best tenors ever. I love Pavarotti!!❤❤❤ You should do another Elvis reaction in honor of his birthday yesterday. ❤
The greatest operatic tenor ever. Nessun Dorma - No sleep or no one sleeps. He was known as 'The King of the High C'. Check out "Ave Maria". This is an Italian opera. He sang this at the opening ceremony of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Italy. He opens his mouth and the angels sing. He passed away in 2007 of pancreatic cancer. RIP Luciano. Check out The Three Tenors in concert at Los Angeles in 1994. You will be amazed. This takes a lot of practice.

Lucciano Pavarotti is one of the top opera singers worldwide. He is just glorious. This song is about a guy is inlove with a beautifull princeses, but she is very cold. Every man that wanted to marry her, had to answer three questions. Fail 1, & they would get executed. So, this guy Lucviano is signing as, is saying that HE will win. This is from Puccini's Opera. It's the story of a princess who refuses to be married. To discourage men pursuing her she states that anyone wanting her must answer 3 riddles, but anyone that tries and fails is beheaded. She kills many many men until Pavarotti's character comes along. He's loved her for very long and he successfully answers the riddles anonymously. She's absolutely furious and announces that no one is allowed to sleep that night until he is found and brought to her so that she could kill him. This song is him somewhat mocking her "Nesun Dorma" = "none shall sleep" and announcing that he will win. The last two lines that were very powerful actually mean "I will win". Gorgeous opera and breathtaking song.
Finally, you got here! Bravo! You just heard the greatest tenor of his generation and one of the greatest in known, recorded history, the Maestro, the king of the High Cs. Look for his video duets with James Brown and others. You just made my day.
"Nessun dorma" is an order: "Nobody should sleep", and it is given by queen Turandot who must learn Prince Calaf's name to avoid marrying him after he has solved three riddles. This is not a song but an aria from an opera. Listen to Franco Corelli, too.
If Home Free brought you here by way of Rob and Austin, then Pavarotti is the one to take you on to the stage of opera at its finest. This song comes from the opera “Turandot”. A princess named Turandot does not like men. She tells her numerous suitors that they can marry her if they can guess her name before dawn. If you want some other opera to react to Beverly Sills is excellent. O Mio Babino Caro is a great Aria, also Puccini. Andrea Bocelli is great. Flower Duet from Lakme is a beautiful duet. There are so many...
This!!!!! This is my all time favorite song of all time...of all time lol. This version only!! Pavarotti only!!! If this doesn't move someone, then something is broken inside lol
I’m not an Opera fan per se, but this is golden!! You like that note holding?? Try Eddie Holman, (live version) Hey There Lonely Girl.. Oooh, that man!!
I always wait with bated breath to see what reactors to this will do when they first hear Pavarotti open his mouth. If it is the first time they have ever heard an operatic tenor in action, they are ALWAYS shocked at this point, and their shock escalates as we go through. It is always lovely to see a new branch of the music world open up to someone.
Did you see how wide open his mouth and jaw was for those final notes? It's incredible. He was such a powerful singer. You have to "drop for the top" as they say - you have to drop your jaw to hit the top notes. And of course there's a whole lot more to it than that, and he was such a powerful singer. But it's just a wonderful visual example of it.
🔥🔥 .. all right AB .. way to open your heart. I met Mr. Pavarotti in NYC , and he was a complete gentleman. I have a suggestion for you .. watch the movie "Pretty Woman" with Julia Robert's & Richard Gere ... and see how opera is discovered by a person who never tried it. Love it .. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

And that Puccini sure could write a melody, eh ?
If he loses he dies.
If you want some other opera to react to Beverly Sills is excellent. O Mio Babino Caro is a great Aria, also Puccini. Andrea Bocelli is great. Flower Duet from Lakme is a beautiful duet. There are so many...
Opera at its finest.
I love listening to this man sing !!! You just so need to react to ( Luciano Pavarotti, James Brown - It's A Man's Man's Man's World )
Second time I've seen this recommendation and I agree wholeheartedly. An incredible performance.
Those pipes of his could fill the entire house without a mic. Luciano was huge!!!
Goosebumps. Every time. Thank you ❤ Australia
I cry without fail when I watch this performance, I absolutely love your reaction simply awesome , cheers bro.
Ness une DOR ma "No one sleeps." One of the most famous opera arias. Turandot is a great opera by the immortal Puccini.
❤️❤️
God's music that can pierce your soul [hence why so many people have a tearful/goosebumps/emotional response to it].
🔥🔥 .. all right AB .. way to open your heart. I met Mr. Pavarotti in NYC , and he was a complete gentleman. I have a suggestion for you .. watch the movie "Pretty Woman" with Julia Robert's & Richard Gere ... and see how opera is discovered by a person who never tried it. Love it .. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
