Where can I buy the disposable vinyl you used? Did you use a spray adhesive to hold it down or. ? Thanks, I'm a newbie. This was so organized. Well done!
I just got my set and want to thank you for a fabulous video. My head is reeling with ideas. Can't wait to try out the embossing paste and stencil techniques you demonstrated.
I've had my set for a long time now. I use them for watercolor backgrounds with salt. You showed me 2 other ways to use them, thank you. Very professional way to present the product, and I could see you really love using them. I Have also seen other videos where I could not see the techniques used at all, this was clear and very precise. You have inspired me to revisit them, TFS.
@@KensKreations how come you only have one video with these? If they are / were so wonderful wouldn't you still be using these? Just curious. Or have you decided they are messy, limiting and much too expensive for what it is? After all pigment powder is cheap. In comparison that is, and one can use pigment powder for several things. Making Sprays, watercolor paints, acrylic paint, gouache paints, oil paints, air brush colors, these and still have plenty left over for future products.
+Kens Kreations They look the same as brushos. They are about the same price per tub, but, as far as I can see, here in the UK you can get packs of brushos, in various colours, so they work out cheaper. Brushos are a UK made product.
I enjoyed this video very much. I have tried some of your techniques. Your video is very clear. It help me take the fear of trying them out. I had a few colors for a while. Now I really enjoy them.
Yes, beautiful colors, no doubt about it. But a bit messy for me. I'd be taping the edges of the watercolor paper down to my surface before attempting any of that. You did a great job with the stencil not taping anything down. I think my stencil, metal or not, would have shifted.
Thank you so much for your techniques! I love working with them but then get stumped on what to do with them next. Can you please give me some ideas or do another video on cards to make after using the Color Burst? Also, have you worked with the liquid metal ones that have just come out? I have just subscribed to your channel. Thank you for taking the time to share your expertise!
Thanks for all of your inspiration Ken. I've had my set for months and never used them but you have me inspired to try. I saw your cute fur-baby in the background. I do have a question on which side of the water color paper to use - smooth or rough side? Pugs and kisses, Dorothy
hi, question about your last technique. can you use any type of stencils with the modeling paste? or does it have to be a metal stencil? thanks for any advice you can give me on the subject.
Amazingly organized, concise & informative video. However, you used "go ahead and" about every fourth word in one sentence (& many, many more times throughout).
+AnnOna Moss yes and i am so sorry. This has been pointed out to me and I have made adjustments in my videos going forward! Thanks for the feedback as I always welcome it and make corrections
+AnnOna Moss I noticed it too, and it was very distracting. In the first 6 minutes or so, there were 11 "go ahead" comments. Great ideas, but listen to what you say, so you don't keep repeating that phrase..
+Diana Ramsey like I said thank you so much for this comment and feedback. I have made adjustments in my newer videos. Sadly I cannot edit those "go aheads" put or I would.
I enjoy most of your videos, you have some great ideas, but I can't watch them with the sound on. You say " go ahead", so many times, it drives me nuts. I especially like the cutting machines videos, I've learnt so much from them. Thanx
Wendy brown I have been told this and I have made changes in the videos going forward. I am so happy you brought this to my attention and I hope that you do not give up on me as I am making changes as this was brought to my attention. This was BY FAR the worst offender and so was the 6 crafts tips! Sorry about that and hopefully you will see the changes I have made going forward
+Kens Kreations You are a very talented young man and your videos are very informative. I, like Wendy, grind my teeth when I hear someone go forward over and over agin. I am glad that you had such a positive response to Wendy's constructive criticism, it will make you a much stronger presenter. Keep up the good work, you have a promising future. ♥
+Kens Kreations it's refreshing to read positive replies to criticism. I don't mean it in a bad way, and we all learn from others. I will not give up on you, and thank you for taking time to reply. x
+tonya spears I have already received this feedback, which yes did make me watch. Sorry and I have made adjustments in videos going forward. Thanks for the feedback and sorry that this bugged you.
Well ive just bought 2 sets...the Caribbean and the brights. Not very impressed because the tangerine and the Orange are exactly the same color. Not even a different shade. Also the alizarin crimson and the fuchia are exactly the same color. Why call them different names when the colors are exactly the same color.??? Shouldn't fuchia be pink? 😥
I just watched this colorbrust. The demonstrations were clear and concise. The explanations would have been clear and concise also. The problem was, I found myself counting your "I'm gonna go ahead" and your I went ahead and... I will not be watching anymore from you. It was too annoying. I'm going to go ahead and find someone else.
Oh my goodness! I want these! I just happened onto your video. I really like your teaching methods. You are very pleasant to watch. Tyvm for sharing.
+Tina Vh thanks so much for the nice comment.

So, are you still loving and using these?

Charlotte C Practice. I know taping down would have worked better...but for time sakes I just went for i. LOL

What is the vinyl...not a very good explanation.
Some constructive criticism: please don’t use the phrase ‘go ahead and…’ so often. This phrase is so often overused by many demonstrators.
Wow!!! You are SO right!! 54 times in 20 minutes. But he's a doll non the less.❤
Theses are soooo messy. I'd rather use water colors or brusho color crystals as they are much less messy and have the same effect.
Yes but sometimes I like to get a little messy with crafting
