I am glad that you find the video! I am also glad that it helped you make your decision! It's really a neat mic to have and makes things quick and easy! I wish you nothing but the best in your UA-cam journey! Keep up the great work! Thanks for watching, leaving positive feedback and thanks for supporting the channel!👍🏾
Great review, I have the Lark M1 and a Rode Go. The Vimo beats the M1 because of the display so if I was looking to replace the M1 this would be the winner. However I think I am at the point where hidden mics are better for me so a Rode Go 2 or a Lark 150 might be better for me. I am thinking of pairing it with ZV-E10 and a Yolobox mini for on the go livestreaming.
I 100% understand! If you want a hidden mic you may want to go with another mic. If you want something that you can take out of the case and go, go with the Comica! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!👍🏾
I didn't do any mastering with the sound. I just gave it a bit of gain (in post) with light compression, so that it fit in with the music and other dialogue. The sound that comes out of this mic is actually good and is MUCH better than the on camera mic in the ZV E10! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!
Can the sony zv e10 shoot short films and skits? Because that is the type of content that I would like to shoot for my channel. And thank you for being so detailed on your answers it has helped me a lot!!
Absolutely! If you look at social media, MANY people are using just their cell phones to do short films and skits! The bigger question is are you good at storytelling and editing! If you are great at these two things, the camera is SIMPLY the tool to help you bring your creation to life! I hope this helps!😀 Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!
Thanks for the positive feedback! I have been using the mic for little things here and there and it works out great! The best part is how quick it can be implemented! Thanks for taking the time to watch and support the channel! 🙏🏽 😊
Hey man, just got my Comica today. I plugged it in and the receiver is showing the mic levels and everything but when I record, my ZV-E10 still seems to be recording from the camera mic. Is there any setting I need to change on the camera so it records the Comica?
Make sure that you have your mic 🎤 cable coming from the Comica receiver (the bigger one with the display) going into the RED mic input (under the flap) on the ZV E10. I You can then use the audio meters (on the back of the lcd) to monitor your levels. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel! 👍🏾
@@PurposedLensPhotoMedia Yes I am idiot! I plugged it in the headphones 🤣 so used to my older cameras having the mic input there it was just second nature! Lesson learnt haha

What mic would you suggest for noise cancellation? I hope I’ll find something so I don’t have to edit sound as well as the videos.

i can not connect sony zv1 with comica . not sound when record . How do setup sonyzv1 ? Thankyou so much
Really clean. Did u mastering also? Sounds pretty same like RODE wireless GOII. Nice video. PS noise cancellation is not good. Better natural sound
Actually, this is our initial sample, and we have optimized the noise reduction function in mass production. 😊
