So I've been facing back issues and couldn't work out my lower body because it was just too much on my back. Watched this video, tried some in my house with what I have and let me tell you... I felt it in my calves, quads, glutes, and hamstrings. No back pain felt.. maybe I can get my life back now 😭😭😭😭
Whatever you’re comfortable with is the one that you should use. The nautilus hip drive is extremely uncomfortable on my hips even at lower weight so I simply stick with the barbell hip thrust.
Today while I was doing this workout. Some old man in the gym said " don't do this exercise this affects your nerves in the hip and will cause you big problems 🙄". Is that true ? Will I get into trouble by doing this ?
If done correctly, it shouldnt harm you in any way. Your nerves are completly safe on this one mate, maybe just dont go too heavy if you feel uncomfortable

Adding weight to bridging….. seem like something randomly thought of for people to be more perverse. I’ll give this a try, this looks really useless. I think a good alternate would be straight leg dead lifts and front load squats.

Would using this bar be better or would using a machine be better, not a smith machine but an actual hip thrust machine.??

Yes I was suffering from PE and ED after Hypothyroid. After performing Hip thrust improved my erection and got relieved from PE.
Deadlifts and squats don't really workout much of the glutes. The thrust is most effective!
