the advantage of the EDS is that it can be configured to work with any Shimano or SRAM cassette. That is 10-12 speed. Something the duopoly could do, but would rather rake us for another $2k+ system.
It's one of my favorite features. I'm really hoping that this is a good system and encourages more companies to make affordable wireless systems. I'm currently trying to get one to review and compare directly with the GX AXS. Thanks for the comment!
I just got this EDS in the mail two days ago. It's works fantastically and each gear is adjustable as stated. Fantastic buy for $400 shipped. My biggest gripe thus far is customer service, I have emailed them a couple times with some basic questions and have not received a response yet.
Honestly I’m not too sure. I’m trying to get one to review so I can answer that question and see how good it is. Hopefully there’s someone in this comment section who has one and can answer this question for us
The price is what WheelTop stated at the time of the filming of this video and what they were selling for on their website at the time. According to one of the commenters, WheelTop sold out of this system, which is why it's not on their website anymore. It looks like some 3rd party sellers are taking advantage of this and charging over retail.
@@haroldjason3060 Thanks for the heads up! Interesting that they rebranded and are selling on those sites. I'm still hoping to try one out just because I'm curious on if it's any good. Thanks for the comment!
@@qinhe9269 Thank you for the information! Hoping that it's a good, reliable system so that there is some affordable competition to the big companies. Thank you for the comment.

Thank you for sharing your experience; hopefully they can get their customer service figured out.
How are things holding up now w/ it?
@@DatingElevated Amazing, zero problems thus far and holds a charge for quite some time.
Its said there a app for wheeltop on iphone? Are there also a app on Android? To adjust the speed?
