    you can fit the saw in next to the frame, and the blade will sit next to it perfectly with no issue.

      Yeah, someone suggested that and works perfectly!

    on mine one side is scissors, fishhook scaler,awl package opener, small file/ fish hook sharpener. on the other side i have saw, knife, chisel,can opener, bottle opener. i use a large leatherman molle pouch to hold it, as well as additional tools, fire steel, file, diamond file, bit holder, t8 , H6,and the philips then I can swap them out if needed.

    What are the dimensions of the Flex? Roxon doesn't list it on their site :(

    Hi, did you put the name "Roxin" on purpose or it's a mistake. Good point, cheers 👍

    Big competition for the goat multitool, but look how ugly it is.

      I looked at the goat, but it didn't appeal to me... Looked large, square, and blocky... I will check it out again, wish that I could check one out and fiddle with it, before buying...

      @@SquireSCA its very pocketable but then again my last multitool was a supertool 300. and yeah i get it i was the biggest hater when i first saw the goat, the black and brass won me over.

      @@SquireSCAit is square and blocky but not large. 🙂 I like the flex price and I almost like it’s lock levers. Otherwise I think the goat beats it all the way around.

    How are the scissors compared to Victorinox?

    • @SquireSCA
      @SquireSCA  Місяць тому +1

      The Victorinox seem better made, but the ones on the Swisstool Spirit X doesn't open very wide, so cutting things like paracord can require extra work...

    How much does it weigh all decked out? Note: you can put that saw or other file on the outside of the blade side, move the blade over 1. You'd have to take out the bottle opener or can opener.

    • @SquireSCA
      @SquireSCA  4 місяці тому

      I tried that but when I would close the blade, it felt like the blade was then contacting the head off the pliers and I didn't want it to nick up the edge.
      Do you have this and have you trie it the way you describe?

      Problem with that is that my wife and I have weekend passes to the Vampire Diaries Con, down in Covington that same weekend. Maybe her and I will go Fri and Sat, and I can attend Blade show on Sunday?

      It's not perfect, but its a very nice tool and being able to swap out tools and blades and replace things as needed, is interesting. Will be curious to see how they address some of the quirks, as time goes on...
