Oh you have definitely been adorned with the perfect name….Joy….. this song somehow fell into my ears at the perfect time. I realise your lyrics can mean different things to different folk for different reasons, but for me - they called my 6 yr old granddaughter’s name. Only being 6 yrs old, she has become so terrified of the rain as her home has been flooded twice in the last 12 months and runs and hides whenever she sees dark clouds in the sky. As I said, “Look Up”. Fell into my path and so I let her hear it to know that sometimes days are dark and cloudy, even stormy but there is always a silver lining. She understood the sentiment and now we sing it together when the days are grey… and even when they’re not.
