Killing him only once per map isn't enough for the trophy. You must kill him at every daytime too (except Karl's Bay at Noon and Fristad Rock at Evening which aren't playable).
None of the Mostly Naked Characters are missable. They still spawn after the story and respawn each loop. They don't need any story progress or clues, you can find all of them as soon as you have access to all maps.
He isn't completely naked but has only minimal clothing. His default outfit is shirtless with underpants, boots and a helmet. In the afternoon (and at Updaam Evening) he will have turquoise/yellow spraypaint on his body, which makes him blend in with other enemies. But you can sneak up to him with Aether slab (invisibility) for a closer look, or just kill everyone in the area.
Do note that if you alert the enemies, he might run to slightly different spots than shown in the video. So try to head straight to his location without causing any alerts. In most locations he has fixed spawns and stands still, but in a few he will walk around the given area. He's always in the same area though, so if he's not there he will be closeby within a few meters/yards.
If you don't get the trophy, just go through them all again and it should pop. Especially the spraypainted half-naked guys are easy to get mixed up because they look so similar to normal enemies. Also, in one playthrough the trophy only unlocked for me after going back to the one in The Complex Evening and SHOOTING him instead of doing a melee takedown. So to be safe make sure you shoot him with a firearm.
After killing a mostly naked character make sure you exit the map so the progress saves properly.

For those that killed all of them and didn't get it, make sure you don't use Nexus. I killed the Updaam Afternoon one with Nexus since there was a big crowd but I can't remember if i shot him directly or if he died because of the Nexus effect. Second time i shot him directly and the trophy popped right away.

Interestingly enough when I failed even 1 naked guy and restarted the trophy loop, the guy moves slightly around the area but if you dont have to restart then his patrols go back to standard. For example my Updaam dude in the morning was directly above the RAK station so while I tried to follow this video and sneak thru the cliff, i came right upon him😂. Scared us both! Some others are scripted to strictly stay put but this one got me.
PSA: Updaam morning is seemingly scripted to kill himself by destroying a power generator every loop, so you have to be quick getting to him for it to count towards the trophy.

Your tip helped me too. I kept going to the roof like in the video but couldn't see the guy at the railing like he is in the video. I did see the sparks from the generator exploding a couple of times but I didn't realize that that was the guy dying. So your tip was critical for me to realize what was going on. Thanks!
I didnt get him spawmed near the cliff, dunno why. I try it on the new loop and get the same result. Pretty sure that i rushing to the place really quicky. Is there anything that triggered (or prevent) him to spawm? Or because i already finished the story and do something wrong?
I noticed there's someone spawming in the candy store 2nd floor but he didnt have hemlet and even when i killed him the trophy didnt pop
@@TrophyForHire get there very quick and have a good look around that area. I found him near the door with secret password.

The Updaam morning one, don’t kick him off. I did that and didn’t get it. I went through them all again and shot him the second time around and that’s what unlocked it for me. Just a warning
That's weird since the game keeps track and you don't have to kill them all in any specific order or in certain loops.
What I mean is, you can like find this video and be like "Alright, let's do it" then you suddenly get the trophy for killing, say your first guy since you happened to have probably killed all the other ones during your playthrough except that one guy.
@@Saucysaucevibe It's not what op meant. The problem is that kicking the guy off the cliff doesn't register as your kill since the guy will be killed from falling out of map.

I am so annoyed about that Complex evening bug, I literally combed through all the levels twice before realising I had to shoot the guy instead of using a takedown. Thank you for this guide

Wow, that was it, just before I wanted to start my third round of killing all these naked dudes, I saw this comment. In my previous attempts I used machete, but shooting him gave me the throphy!!👌

Was missing Fristad Afternoon, thought I got all of them just naturally. Was going through the list, but then decided to jump after just playing the video, glad I did, cut down the time.
Trophy is still broken as of March 2022. Just ran through it perfect and didn’t pop up. Guess I’ll have to do it again

Pretty sure I killed all of these guys throughout normal gameplay. But I never got the trophy so I've gone through twice and killed all of them for sure and still no trophy.
Killed em all went back and started again. Trophy popped after 2nd or 3rd kill of second loop. I always made sure i left after kill not died.
ran through this twice now and no trophy. all killed with guns even the half dead dude on the ground. maybe a third time will be the charm
I somehow finally got it to go through. Don't know why it did this time and not any other time before but I was using the silenced Tribunal and mostly going for headshots.

I had the same problem. Found out that you if you kill the almost naked guy that’s sleeping in the Complex at night with the machete, it does not count. You have to shoot that guy and the trophy will pop up.
All I had to do was to shoot the guy on Complex Evening to get it cause takedowns are bugged. I would have a lot of trouble without your guides!

I'm had the same issue
I killed them all following the video but I didn't get the trophy. I believe it didn't pop because I had used the new laser weapon in order to clear off the enemies. Avoid doing so

just got the Platt, thanks for the video guides were a great help #58 now. Though I have to say this game is not game of the year, I've platted hades and returnal, those two roguelikes felt fresh each repeat, never got bored or frustrated as much as I did with this one. It's decent, just not a game of the year
This may not have anything to do with anything but I went through all 14 no slabs no melee shooting only twice no trophies. On the 3rd try I “pinned” the trophy to track it and it I got it in Updaam. Just a thought

Looks like the aiming/gunplay has improved compared to Dishonored and Prey. Maybe they learned from working on the Wolfenstein game

You have to shoot the almost naked guy that’s in the complex at night or else it won’t count. If you killed them all and still don’t have the trophy, try that.

Just ran through the vid and this, making sure to shoot people and not melee, and it didn’t pop for me. Does anyone know if using Nexus may prevent it? I used it a few time on him out of habit…
(Edit) Went back and tried a few. I “think” I may have used Nexus on an adjacent Eternalist at the concert (Updamn Afternoon) accidentally instead of killing him directly as that’s the one that made it pop for me.
