Glad you're acknowledging the food you eat is not healthy Rayshaun, she's still in denial because she "makes healthy meals" we don't see.. That is the first step to a healthier lifestyle period. You can still eat what you want on cheat day but let the healthy food outweigh the unhealthy!

For anyone who struggles with drinking plain water (which is best). Try infusing with strawberries and squeeze lemon juice in it. It's so good.
N. B. Right I put lemon in mines, but you can use whatever fruit you like or multiple fruits.

Rayshaun, You mentioned waking up thirsty. This could be a sign of undiagnosed diabetes. Your blood sugar levels are high from eating all the unhealthy food and you have excess glucose your body needs to flush away. Also leads to dehydration. I have had diabetes for years. Just informing you. Ask your doctor next time you go. Be proactive for your health. You both have so many people that love you and need you. :)

Yes girlfriend you are right it was very hard but I prayed a lot and have a support team and I looked at it like my health is more important than eating because one thing I do know as women and get older your body changes it's hard to lose the weight the older you get but god is good thank you so much
Yes it is I mean I've been big all my life but I just was like you know what I'm trying to be more healthier and it's okay to be thick sexy and healthy body and mind but I tell women you have to work out I workout everyday that's a must because when the weight come off you don't want the loose skin you want to have it tight as possible so I tell my friends you got to work out they have skin tightener I use it and it works so yes thank you I appreciate the positive feedback
Oh girl I don't mind its call Ahava they sell it at Walmart Walgreens they sell it just about anywhere it's not that expensive and what it does basically it tightens up your skin when you lose such amount of weight in such a short time it just tighten it up a little bit more so it doesn't look so flabby ending to I sleep in my waist trainer is so many things that I do I'm telling you girl I do a lot LOL also I use body wraps as well they helped me out a lot as well so if you need anything else just let me know I'm here my sister.

If you choose, try making dried oats, fruit, almond milk or yogurt parfaits. Place in small mason jars night before. Add different toppings of your choice. Toppings could be, raisins, chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, chopped dates, flaxseeds, chia seeds etc.
