Please stop eating like this... both of y’all it’s not healthy. Take it from someone who was 325 pounds at only age 18. I made a change I’m now 195 at age 19 and I still have along way to go but I was one point away from diabetes and I saved my life. Just take baby steps don’t eat two burgers eat half of one and a big salad.

What did you do to lose so fast?
AN Squad Just eating better and getting as much exercise as possible for example I would park further away from stores, walk to go check my mail since in my community we have to go to the office to get the mail. I would instead walk that 3 blocks and not drive. I would take a walk every now and then around the block with my dog. Any where I went I would just park further away. In the summer swimming a lot and eating healthy really helped me out. You don’t have to really change the way you eat but just smaller portions and no soda or juice always just water and sometimes juice occasionally. Don’t deprive yourself you can have a soda every now and then but that’s it.
