    I describe Megalopolis as being a truly Noble film. The message of hope for a better world, humanity's capacity for greatness and Coppola's comments on modern society are at the heart of what makes it worth watching.

      It is, bro. It just really breaks my heart that many people disrespect & disliking the film so much.((This film is my top 2, alongside with my top 1, 2001: A Space Odyssey))
      It's just so sad, bro. Because Francis has sacrificed everything just for this film.
      He has been working on this film for more than 25 years. It was his very passionate project. And this was Francis's vision

    Now I feel like watching the movie...las weekend it was showing only during the middle of the day at my local theater here in Mexico City. Just a couple of corrections... it's more like 500 ft, not 5,000..... and the H. G. Wells' movie portrayal seems to be the 1936 version, not the 1979... I was around then, believe me!...haha.

    It feels like a shame that “future architecture” often ends up being about flashy forms and striking shapes, and not about connecting people and making spaces for life. Form follows function, not vibes or fashion

    NYC has allowed developers to build a massive glass building next to Grand Central Station on 42nd Street which will dwarf and block the view of the Chrysler Building . Destroying more of the architectural history of New York City.

      Just like an artist paints a picture,”nobody asked Picasso, or Matisse to paint it.
      For some reason, one is compelled to make something regardless.
