The limitations are listed on the extra buck itself. 2) yes you can, but you must pay sales tax and the ECB cannot exceed the purchase price. if it does, most cashiers will adjust the extra care buck amount. 3) and yes, there are no limits to extracare bucks (besides those listed in #1)
idk if i am missing something, i have been researching ecb and just dont understand, So you paid 4 dollars because of the coupon. and the ecb dont get applied until your next purchase, or did u use them on the same purchase? thats the one fact im still confused about.

ok you paid $4 for 2, so you paid $2 each, then you got $8 back, so then you basically got 2 free and then $4 credit, right.
