wow, your training regimen sounds great, you guys are so disciplined! I really need to up my training game - which usually means just go to the gym and climb a lot of stuff and have fun xD
Thanks for sharing. That’s interesting. Actually it would be interesting to understand why you workout those aspects. I am also wetting my own workouts this is always inspiring to understand the reasons of your targets each day. Also a very interesting point is that you guys only workout/climb 3 days a week. That’s pretty low isn’t it? You are not running or anything else the other 4 days?
Thank you for watching! We have to adjust our training during the season since we try to spend most of our time climbing outside, but sometimes we can squeeze a block of training when we are not planning any outdoor trips. During the season, we just try to maintain our strength/power and endurance by training each system once or twice a week, so it really depends. We sometimes do a 4th session working on antagonists, but other than that we only do some active recovery and stretching on our non climbing days.
"low" and "only" - wow...really? if you train this consistent, structured and disciplined 3x/week I think you work out VERY well. what are y'alls jobs /life responsabilities like? would be an illusion to 4-5 times. I am happy if I find the time to go the gym 2(-3) times a week at all.
@@anner6063 hi Anne. No I said that because they climb V9. This is why I am so impressed and amazed that they could reach this with “only” 3 workout per week. Please don’t get me wrong I never wanted to diminish it. I just feel so amazed the level they could reach with 3 workouts a week well organized. Sorry if it came in wrong.
Thanks for the transparency in this video! You both are looking quite strong. Hope your middle fingers feel better soon! North Mass looks so nice, so jelly.
What a neat place & good video.
Thank you for watching! Our home gym is great :)

Thank you for watching! Getting to the gym and jus climbing is a great way of training too! 😊
We also have sessions like that!

as a climber who started last year July, none of this looks fun :P I need to level up my training!
Haha daily training is not fun, but it’s so rewarding when you perform well outdoor! Thanks for watching :)
