Shoulder mobility is important to me for maintaining good posture as I age. Plus, I spend a lot of my time bent over flower beds these days. These stretches felt SO good! My reverse bridge wasn’t anywhere near a tabletop. It was more like a banana. Needs some work… Thanks, PJ!❤

Good shoulder mobility excercises even though I couldn’t touch my fingers on the first excercise. I used a resistance band the last one the scorpion I couldn’t control the way you showed. 🫣
I have to excercise these moves more I guess.
