    I like the exercises! Would you say the chin up is good for biceps similar to the dips for triceps? I'm not as confident as you to do bicep curls in the squat rack lol

    Phil, I never do these arms workout to avoid packing up muscles that may slow me down for MMA n Boxing, I just do 10x3 chinups and heavy 5 reps tricep n bicep curls. Is it okay to do your suggested arm mass workouts for improving my MMA punch power?

      Too general of a Q, but bang for buck would say: floor press, trap deadlift, zercher squat, perhaps a row or chin up

    Why would i want bigger arms for mma? Im Trynna keep EM smal and explosive..

    If you want to be a better fighter in a sport that requires you to punch stay away from bicep work.
