I thought he did. Great vid, great insight. Things like probate- it's public record so you research how to search them online with your county. It takes time for sure, but it isn't that difficult. Absentee owners - that's public record, so you can access that information online. I think you take any of the things he mentioned and google how to find that information out, and you'll have what you're looking for. That's more than a 13 minute overview video can cover. But it's a lot of work, you have to create systems that are effective. It's unlikely that one mailer to an executor of a probate will pan out. Repeated contacts, which cost money, and lots of target prospects...

If, applicable of course. Is it possible to achieve financial freedom with just wholesale, rehab and flip? Does your program also teach commercial flip as well as home?

You can work from anywhere in the world, as long as the market is still within the U.S since my programs are designed for U.S market and policies only.
Where can we find lists of pre-foreclosed homes ?
Double dip, which stands for using the seller agent to represent you as the buyer, which increases the agents % commissions, for example you make 3% for representing the seller now if you represent the buyer you get 3% from the buyer side, but be aware this is illegal in some states, example Florida. If you leave in Florida dual agent or double dipping is illegal.

Supposedly he will give you proof of funds letters in his kit which is a mystery as for earnest money that wouldn’t happen until seller agrees to your offer

Can I give myself an alternative or another name for my Real Estate business without using my Legal Name? But, when I sign the contracts, I can use my Legal Name? You don’t need all of those additional services to start. Re-invest your profits from your first deal into tools and marketing.
On average direct mail costs $1.00/letter. Answering service is about $100/mo.

Wow this this channel is awesome. So glad I just found it! I've been dabbling in flipping properties as a part time gig, but I'm seriously thinking about going full time. I'd like some advice if anyone has any. I'm debating on getting my realtor license as I truly hate paying so much commissions on each sale. The lady at the title company has told me this can actually make things worse but I am unsure why that would be. Do you suggest being your own realtor? Houses don't sell for a lot where I live and it seems like the banks want retail prices for their forclosures and even at Auction. They think they can get very close to market value for beat up foreclosures. I have yet to see a real bairgain...a deal.

Has anyone actually submitted a deal to him and received the $10,000 finder's fee? Not hating, I love the info. However, I'd rather not waste my time looking for deals to give over if it's too good to be true.
I don't get the logic of someone short selling themselves and selling their property to some yahoo wannabe "home flipper" for pennies on the dollar as opposed to listing it and getting as much as you can for it. Especially nowadays where there's so many online options to list your house even as a For Sale by Owner.
