Thank you sir for sharing any information and knowledge on the motors. Much appreciated, and thanks for sharing the build of the motors, and how to do it properly.
Thumbs up you homeboy for your skills and your knowledge well appreciated I myself am working on a 64 Impala 66 Impala then I'm down to my grandkids again I appreciate your knowledge
I had a monte Carlo with 2 pumps for 10 years with the same motors, never had to change them. Your just creating more heat in them with what your doing bro.
We coat the bottom of the brush plate to make it thicker but never put jb on the armature or the case. I would have to say that it most likely gets hot at least on a high voltage hopper. Maybe this is ok on a street car idk
Low lows and more: Good video!! I'm having an issue with my lowrider. It goes up on the right rear corner but won't come back down. I do have a burned out switch that controls the right rear corner along with its own pump. I also bought a magnetic dump solenoid, and it burned out too. It gets hot as soon as you hook the magnetic solenoid up. Do you know what that might be? I have videos of my S10 on my channel so you can see my setup if you need to.
Hey bro I had a similar issue on the front where the driver side wouldn't come down and it turned out to be one of the dump wires came loose from a but connector so for peace of mind I replaced all them with the heatshrinkable ones hope this helps
You can disconnect the dump wire and touch it to 24v to see if the dump will drop. If it does, it's most likely a bad switch. If it doesn't drop, it could be a bad dump coil. Had same issue and replace dump coil.
I bought a brand-new motor and less than a month it messed up it had a little coating on it on the copper all that melted when they got burnt up is it still savable or is it done can I JB welded it and try to make it work
To break in a new motor before installing it, hook it up to a battery for 12v(some people use 2 batts to break them in) by using jumper cables and let it spin for 30 seconds to 1 min straight and it's ready to install onto the pump.
So i did this to some new motors i put them in the whip hit the switches and they didnt work...not sure what i did wrong...put the old ones back in until i figure what i messed up 😂

U clearly never hit the switch then lmfao
@@Cen805coasT rookie it's ok I understand when you don't know. You "clearly" don't know.

@@trustnobody1281 I agree on the brush assembly yes but not on anything else but to each his own they will learn
Great video, I'm glad to have watched this.

@@giovannogalindo8785 oh ok cool. Imma try that. I got 4 pumps so each one has its own, so I'll check the wiring. Thanks man!

@@mikesnipes316 thanks man!! I'll try that!!
Yass love your vids man salute 97 cutty needs work let me know
Can lock tight tape be used for the rods that hold the motor?
You can if you can get it on, using shrink tubing is easier.
Pro tip good looking out 👍
What’s the JB weld for ? And why do you put it on ?
I got a question do I j.b weld it before I break it in or do I break it in and then j.b weld
Hey man what is a good gauge wire for battery connecting?
Use zero gauge, most common one is 1/0 gauge
How did that rear end turn out? The final product
It came out great, it's my buddy's ride now.
Cool vid bro.

Do you have a video on how to break in the motor

What's the best oil to run In pumps. 0w 20 Full synthetic?
Non Detergent if u have access 👍🏽
Hi how can I contact you privately
Email or through Instagram
Lock tape can I just use black electrical tape
This hold better than electrical tape, you could also use liquid electrical tape
Thanks
What do you think about converting a 1964 bel-air 2 door post car into a impala...
What's your advice

Seems pretty toxic but worth a try lol
Sorry to say, but all this is unnecessary.
Why is that? if you do not mind expanding your opinion/knowledge
