Thanks for putting this in, it was a fun adventure pre-ESB, i might want to track down more audio dramas if they're all this good.

I'm confused. Isint the bug guy supposed to be THE Bounty Hunter referenced, in ESB?
Anyone know if this is cannon?
Either way, it's really cool. I never heard it in the 80's.

@@steveharvey2102 Hey there, yeah it is supposed to be THE bounty hunter in this story, but in the pre-2014 Expanded Universe we had a lot of conflicting stories that showed different versions of who this bounty hunter was and what the adventure on Ord Mantell was like, the most popular example being the Star Wars newspaper strips by Archie Goodwin from the 80's showing a bounty hunter named Skorr.
This was an effect of the continuity being less closely guarded back in the 80's, with the post-1991 Expanded Universe (when continuity became more serious) treating the "classic era" from 1977-1986 as a "secondary canon" (meaning the stories could be ignored or referenced at will, which is why they showed a different version too) and later changing this approach to include it with the "modern" EU as part of the same universe.
So prior to 2014, this audio drama and the comics were in the same universe, all of the stories with the bounty hunters happened, so my comment is a reference of how many stories showing the "true Bounty Hunter of Ord Mantell" we have in the same canon lol.
Of course nowdays this is not canon to the current continuity, after Lucasfilm decided to decanonize all media except for the movies and The Clone Wars in 2014, but it still shares continuity with the old comics.
Also yeah Han's voice while it's not Harrison Ford, does nail his suave attitude and even some of his more heroic side.
