I appreciate the comments and glad it was a good stretch. When we reviewed the video, the close captions were not in sync so we've fixed them manually. In supta padanghustasana (reclining hand to big toe pose), you move your outer hip away from your shoulder to lengthen your waistline on that side. Hope that helps.
