Thank you for uploading an English version of your makeup video! I like it very much, and your makeup is very pretty.
May I ask you some questions?
    1) How long does it normally take you to apply the makeup?
    2) Did you practice putting on oshiroi before becoming a maiko?
    3) How do you remove the makeup?
    4) Do you buy the oshiroi in Nara, or do you have to go to a shop in Kyoto?
I apologize for asking so many questions! Thank you in advance for any answers you may give. :)

      2) i did many times!
      3) i remove my makeup with normal makeup remover that i can buy at pharmacy.
      4) i have to go to Kyoto because there are no oshiroi shop in Nara.

Arigato gozaimasu for this wonderful video. I don't speak Japanese and have to rely on UA-cam's often inaccurate translations. Getting to see a video about maiko in English was an absolute treat.
You speak English very well. I hope you'll share more videos with us in the future.
    Good luck in your career.
Best wishes from New Jersey, USA.

I’ve got a huge fascination with geisha culture etc and I rly wanted to do a geisha inspired look tastefully for haloween but as I’m Caucasian I wanted to ask if you think this is ok or offensive? I think I’d skip on the white face paint and just focus on hair and kimono but I don’t want to offend people from that culture.
Love your videos btw x. (Edit I’m not planning on a tradition kimono but a kimono style bathrobe, just trying to achieve an aesthetic rather than appropriate and copy a whole group of people, also it wouldn’t be ‘sexy’ or anything as I think that’s rly distasteful and projects misconceptions about geisha)

I hope I can answer this. You're thinking of the two prong and three prong design, here she's using the two prong. The two prong is meant for every day wear while the three prong is meant for special occasions such as shigyoshiki, hassaku, and for their Erikae and Misedashi ^^ So when you see a three prong, know that there's something special going on ^^
