Different companies. Rupert sold the original Neve company, which is now part of AMS Neve Ltd. He then made a new company, "Rupert Neve Designs". The new company has been making completely new and innovative products, while AMS Neve just makes recreations of the old units. This Newton Channel is from Rupert Neve Designs and one of the very last things Rupert worked on before he passed. It's a true work of art and culmination of a lifetime of learning.
