I miss the RE Village Era. Resident Evil Village was just a phenomenal joyride. The game itself, the memes, the behind the scenes, the role play, the interaction of the cast to the fanbase, it was all just so fun and I miss them all.
Village wasn’t as bad as RE7… still wouldn’t call them Resident Evil titles, though. Capcom should’ve tested the waters with a new IP with them instead. The fact people thought RE8 was scary is funny to me because I thought the game had the worst bosses yet… even the baby made me laugh. What jokes. 😂 The final boss took the cake, though. Capcom should fire the creator of that boss. 🤣
I like Claire's voice very much, gentle, childlike, simple and loving life👌🏻🥹 Leon's voice is deep in my heart 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭and I love Eda voice in resident evil 2 remake more than in resident evil 4 remake I feel its majesty and softness in the second part, but we do not deny its magnificence in the fourth part
I met Nick and Stephanie at SacAnime a couple years ago in Sacramento, California, when the con was at Cal Expo. They are the nicest people I’ve ever met! I'm glad the voice actress for Shiva and Albert is still here. They can use him in the Resident Evil 5 remake I think Excella who is Fahren s still around as well.

Hey Dan I have a question how is it that you get to meet so many cool voice actors from such big games do you have like some cool contacts that let you get to them or are the voice actors just like very nice people and will literally agree to this kind of stuff
Honestly, I think the new one is fine. It makes sense that she would sound different after several years and becoming a much more hard core character in RE4. Same applies to Leon. He may have the same voice actor, but he has a completely different vibe and speaks with more authority. His character evolved.
The main issue I had with Ada’s new VA was she sounded completely emotionless when saying her lines, which makes me think she’s either untrained, or at least not well trained, or she was given no context as to what was going on in her scenes. It’s most obvious to me when she’s speaking with Leon because she sounds like she doesn’t care about Leon at all, even though she’s supposed to be in love with him, as opposed to Nick who was able to perfectly convey every emotion Leon was feeling through just his voice. There’s a lot of other stuff wrong with the character in this game, but they’re not the fault of her VA, rather they’re the fault of Capcom writing her character poorly.
I started playing Baldur's gate recently (yes I'm late to the party) didn't know the guy that voiced Astarion had a role in RE 8 ( still need to play this game too
