My name is Eric and I travel with my cats, “Tara” & “Opie” in a 24ft 2001 Ford Tioga RV named “Freeda” and tow either a 2014 Smart Car named “Tater Tot” or my 2012 Harley Softail Slim named “Black Betty” in a 6x10 trailer. We travel about 35 miles a day chasing 70 degrees year-round since 2010.

Sure is different than when we took our kids in the mid 80s. It was May - half the park was closed down. This was before the 'city', Adventureland, etc was added. We were there Thursday and Friday - no Disney characters. Was told they would not be out until Friday evening. After years of growing up watching Disney Wonderful World of Color on Sundays, it was very disappointing. Wish we had chosen Knox Berry Farm for our second day.
Surprised you don’t do more videos on our national parks, especially in California, it has some amazing ones.

😂First you said you found the Christmas magnets when they were the ornaments, then you pointed to one and said it was the fox and the hound when it was really Robin Hood and then Disneyland is not celebrating 100, it is the Walt Disney Company’s 100th celebration. For somebody who’s a Disney fan you should know these things. Just sayin. It was still entertaining though.

@5:09 the art deco behind you with the tall towers is a re-creation of a famous Hollywood Pan Am Pacific Auditorium that was used in the Olivia Newton-John 1980 movie "Xanadu". Unfortunately the auditorium was burnt down in the early 1980's by homeless people. The site today is a park.

After visiting Disney World a few times in my life I'm not sure I want to go to Disney Land but you never know. Watching their fireworks over your RV was kind of cool though. Keep the good stuff coming buddy.

Since you are a major Disney fan, I will tell you a development that happened just this week with Disney. Most of the hotels that you see across the street from Disney have all been purchased by DisneyNOW and Disney will be expanding the park across the boulevard. It will basically have a monorail leading to an entirely new park. I don’t know if you know this, but Disney did not on the Disney hotel that hotel for 60 or 70 years ever since Disney was first built was owned by another man and only when he died did Disney get the rights to the hotel and that’s why you see all the upgrades happening now

I have been to Disneyland once and I had a great time. I would visit again but I do like Disney World better. I have reservations for three days in early November at Disney World. I am looking forward to a Dole Whip.
