I moved to Bend Oregon from Houston Texas in 2018. I live about ten minutes away from this BlockBuster. It’s always amazing to go inside and rent a movie after a night at the arcade.
This is awesome. You moved from the state Blockbuster started in to the state with the last Blockbuster. I'm over here on the east coast with too many miles to drive to even see the last Blockbuster but I have been building an amazing collection of my own. 🙂 What a great life you get to live, arcade nights and movie rentals are still alive!

Nate, you need to rent Bram Stoker's Dracula. It's a very good movie with Gary Oldman, Anthony Hopkins, Winona Ryder, and Keanu Reeves. About the real telling of Dracula. The movie the Halloween Tree is a really good if you have never seen it. Sleepy Hollow with Johhny Depp and Christina Ricci about the telling and adaption of the Legend of Sleepy Hollow. Return of the Living Dead 1 and 2, the Lost Boys, Fright Night '84

Man I remember when I was younger there was a Blockbuster right down the street from my house I loved seeing all the horror movies cause every year I watch Halloween 4 and 5 since I was a kid they showed them every year on AMC during Halloween time which got me hooked on horror films
The last Circuit City in the US is in Saint Augustine, Florida. Nobody goes to video rentals, rent physical media or watch VHS tapes anymore.
The first horror film I ever saw was full moon's puppet master. Yes it was a rental. ❤

I bet you could have found Purgatory in those westerns. I know it was a TV movie, but it was good and could've fit with the theme from what I recall. Great video. Brought back some good memories. Never lived around a blockbuster, but we did have Hollywood video and movie gallery.

Nate you really need to check out violent night. It's a cross between Home Alone, John Wick, and die hard. Just think John Wick as if he was Santa Claus and it's hilarious and gruesome
Yes! Violent Night was awesome. I'm hoping it gets a sequel. I'd love for it to be a prequel, so we can find out more about Santa's past. What little we got of his backstory was great. Also, did you notice that Beverly D'Angelo was in it (from all the National Lampoon's Vacation movies?
They are coming out with a sequel. I think they are starting filming soon because they want a 2024 release.

The best part of blockbuster was the video games. You can't even go those on modern day streaming services and cost nearly 80$ . it was a great way to make sure you liked them and try out a few.
