It's unfortunate that we don't have books written to preserve this valuable information for posterity. I have read Chinua Achebe's books namely; Things fall apart and Arrow of God and even though the Nigerians are very far from Masaba land, the stories, songs, and proverbs in those books makes one to be proud and realize that Africans also had their way of doing things. As an infant towards teenage years, I used to go and stay in Lwakhakha my mother's birth place (ibwiwana) during holidays and I had the privileged to see and hear some of the things Mr. Musila is sharing. Whenever hear him those memories I had in lwakhakha are triggered in my mind. Wanyala kuka. This is a request, If possible, please find out from him this: Iam from Bududa, why are we called Bakhulumu?
