@@BenNotley Busy time ahead and nearly all Centurion events. Hundred Hills 50k this weekend, Y2Y the weekend after then SDW 50, Thames Path 100, SDW 100, NDW 100 and, if I finish the first 3, I'll enter the Autumn 100 for the Grand Slam. I'll see you in a couple of weeks!

I’ve just started getting into trail running after being fed up with being a tubby little 37 year old! I’ve just discovered your channel after entering the Shere 10km race later this year. Any tips for a beginner runner who’s looking to improve their times?! Keep up the good work and great videos! 😊
Awesome stuff! Good on you mate! 💪 The Shere races are superb I am sure you will have a great time. There is a video from last year's race on the channel if you have emt already checked that out buddy. The first hill is pretty tough so beware of that one. 🤣👍 My advice would to try and build a consistent routine of running and gradually over time increase the distances of those runs. Try not to do too much too soon and also try and not to try and run too fast all the time. Thanks for checking out the videos mate I really appreciate it. Hopefully I will see you out on the trails! 😎🤘
