Remember that the Knightfall DLC challenge maps were exclusive to the PS3 version of the game, hence why they're not featured here. Story, boss fights, mixed martial artists, remote claw, snow... all these elements were on a high level

Still baffles me that Robin's gameplay was in the multiplayer but they didn't put him in the challenges. Joker too, from the story.
I can see why those characters weren't available for the challenges, though. Robin's mechanics were basically all given to Deathstroke, having them both would be like Batman and Azrael in Arkham Knight. As for Joker, he's a big character, and the main promotion of the game was Deathstroke, also not to mention the lack of unique gadgets and combos he'd have.
The Arkham Channel Yeah maybe they could have given Joker his gadgets that he had in Asylum? The chattering teeth, spiral glasses etc. I understand why they didn't but fun to think about 'what if'
I'm sure they might have considered that.
@@TheArkhamChannel they put Bruce Wayne in the game and he suffers from the same issues u have stated, perhaps they should have given Robin as the first dlc character and taken Joker's Arkham Aslyum loadout plus a Jack in the box (Sonic Shock Batarang) and C4 (Explosive Gel), Joybuzzer (shock glove for one hand plus a slam ability) and a Cherry Bomb to distract enemies so he can traverse the map w/o a grapnel gun . Bruce Wayne should have had the blowpipe that Deathstroke had plus a flute-ish ability on it to distract enemies along with the Line Launcher and maybe a Cherry bomb as well, Deathstroke would need more time to develop bc of different animation and a bit of a different feel. His loadout could have an ACTUAL STUN GRENADE (not the smoke that we got) , proximity mine, remote claw, C4, and a signal jammer (celluar device that can either defuse a jammer or rig a PA box to spam nonsensical music drawing thugs in and then exploding). It's shit like this that could have made this game better than City, I've 100% completed the game and other than the story it lacks the nuance to other Arkham titles, and has with no real innovation/ambition and restricts the detective sequences bc it's heavily handheld

i hope origins gets one. the boss fights alone are enought to see it remastered in 1080p 60FPS or 4k 30 for Pro enhancements like City and Asylum.

Scott Gaouette I know but he’s probably already done New game plus and when you do it automatically turns the counters off no matter if you go into normal game then the challenges , or just straight from the menu.
Evan Griffin The counter icons being turned off on challenge mode doesn’t have anything to do with New Game Plus. All you have to do is turn off the hints.
The Arkham Channel see I thought the same thing, but no joke after I did new game plus, and go into my normal difficulty game, then do the challenges, they are gone even with hints on

Games real juicy, You can sometimes encounter lots of gcpd, Criminals with guns and snipers. The city never gets boring
Still hoping... for a HD Remaster Edition for the PS4 with the complete DLC's plus Deluxe Edition.

The main thing I come for is predator missions cause this guy either memorized the whole predator mission layouts or he planned how to do the goals of the mission and tweaked it to the quickest and sneakiest way possible

I love when Batman does a final blow to the enemies which knocks them out, the sound of it reminds me of a pimp-slap, hence the reason why I nicknamed it the "pimp-slap".

The Arkham Channel, if I or someone else told you that you love your Batman videos, they're right. But I want to add that, in addition to having fun, I laugh as I watch the batman beating the bandits a lot. Thank you for the videos.

I miss Joker taunting you in between rounds from Asylum, it added some fun dialogue. Would've been nice to throw in some villain voiceover of them being shocked at how easily you beat their henchmen or something.
At 1:02:47 batman jumps from one thug to the one behind him for an Arial attack. Didnt know it could be done.

Hey man, been a fan of the channel for a while! I was wondering if you take video requests? I always thought it would be cool if you made a 'suit up' montage using scenes from the Arkham games where Batman gears up. For example when the bat wing drops off your suit in Arkham City/Knight/Cold Cold heart and then also when he suits up in Origins.
Return to Arkham would have been perfect if they included Origins. Sadly they didn't (because of the bad critics), but thanks to the Xbox One Retro-Compatibility we relatively have all the Arkham saga. Cool video!

Must have taken ages. Awesome video. I felt certain gameplay problems cropped up in this game that didn't in the first two, suggesting a lack of polish.
Biggest one, for me at least was the ''sliding punch''. I had the PS3 version and found that often enemies would sort of ''slide'' into strike range whilst attacking even though you'd be well out of the way. Became really troubling when there were more than one male ninjas.
Also, I noticed you didn't use the EMP explosion as much as the shock gun in the Arkham City run. I thought it was a pretty useless gadget TBH as all it did was make groups attack unpredictably.
Hello, thanks! The “sliding punch” you mentioned also happens a lot in Arkham City primarily on hard difficulty. And the shock gun is a lot more useful in City than the concussion detonator is in Origins, indeed.
The Remote electric charger is very useful. Especially when there are enemies with stun batons as they can actually take their friends down when you reach a critical combo.
It's also perfect for armored enemies since you basically turn them into bowling ball knocking them into multiple enemies down (I'm sure you know this) allowing you to perform a multi ground finisher as a follow-up.
Guys I really hope the rumors are true of us getting a Remaster Version of this game!

maybe by completing the story and collecting riddler trophies...? if i remember well... though i'm not sure about the trophies.
I unlocked all of them plus after completeing The story, I have to do the thing where I had 3 challenges and I have to complete them to get more single combat maps

Ok, I know, commenting on a 3000 year old video, I don't expect a response...but that drrokki dude is cheating right? The guy who's score is right there in "friends to beat." Now I don't wanna be accusatory, some of those scores he's got are pretty believable. But cmon my dude, over 350k points in intensive training extreme? There's no way in hell that you could come up with a combination of gadet, abilty, and combo usage to even get that high of a score with the miniscule amount of enemies that challenge has compared to the rest, how is that even possible?

@@TheArkhamChannel then why didn't the combo break when he clearly did actions that should have clearly broke the combo? The game is designed to break the combo if you do the same thing twice. Yet it didn't break.
