Yep. Spot on. My mate plays off 8 same as me and will throw his iron down the fairway if he hits a bad un. Me, I just think about the next shot being better.

Nice!! I used to get frustrated as a kid but now I'm just happy to be playing ...got to take the rough with the smooth ..I score better now than I did when I was competing funnily enough!

This is definitely something I need to work on. I’m an “8” handicap, with the expectation to play golf at a scratch or better standard 😂😂 I think that largely stems from watching pro golf or UA-cam golf where you’re watching the best of the best, seeing how the game should be played and thinking I should be doing the same 🥴

If we change that "Expectation" to "Potential" ...I know you can hit shots like a scratch player as I've seen it ...We just aren't hitting them as often as a scratch player yet ...It'll come together mate ....remember the good ones... Remember 4/10 good shots can grow to 8/10 good shots :)
