Im wondering if the window switch or throttle body voltage isn't the issue. I know this is an old video and haven't seen the others but just speculating. Nice work
That’s really impressive and something different. Fully stock car with only with nitrous and nitrous tune only. I bet you can get a 10.6 at 127 once you get it dialed in.
Keep rocking it man! Hope you get that bog worked out. Got to be over fuelling. But watch out for pooling fuel in the intake, would hate to see that back fire and lite your car on fire 😓 Maybe your getting spark blow out, what plugs and gap do you have?
Nice man was thinking doing that to mine when I had mine. Wonder what it could of done on stock tune if things worked right for you. Left so hard man can’t beat nitrous pull. When is the nitrous kicking in?
@@Serpent_Stangs_Racing I know this is 3y old video as well as others I've watched of yours regarding nitrous on the gen3 coyote, however I've been trying to decide about getting it and I've finally decided after watching these video's that it'll be the easiest way to get my into the low 11s in my 2020 10spd...... at least! Lol. I have the usual jlt cai, bdx/sct tuner, diff bushings, vertical links, bmr lockout bar's so I have some traction stuff but I need to get rear tire dedicated to track use only as I've not been able to get below 2s 60' and only ran a 12.3@116mph x2 and that was stock now with the new stuff on it I ran a sad 12.2 but I know it's due to tires as I was spinning half track and having to pedal it s well only launching at idle. I want to put a 100 shot to it I can't recall what you put to the white one but I figured that was decent amount, I was also going to get a wotbox for launch control and I read it has ability to activate nitrous at settings you make in software part of it as well as turn off rpms is this similar to the nx window controller you used? I plan on getting new 91oct tune and a nitrous tune I am assuming I'll need to decide exactly how much nitrous I will want to use as the tune will be set for that, I just don't want to say 100shot only to want to up it to say 150 and have to repay for new tune or would I be able to say 150 and ask run 100 shot at first? Sorry for the huge post I just need some advice from experienced person with the whole nitrous thing and I've really enjoyed your videos, if possible I can email you for easier communication etc. Thanks
With just E85, Tune, JLT intake, and catback it ended up running 10.7’s on a 150 shot. No transbrake cause it had stock axles. It had a ton of potential still left in it but I traded it in on my GT500.
Serpent Stangs; Wow how about that , nice run . You can cut a Great light. I noticed on your start , the car shot out of the hole but then slowed just a tick . It came back extremely quick though. Any way your car is quick with out a doubt . I'm happy for your result. Yes I liked it.
Shouldn’t a 150 shot get low 10’s if steeda done low 10’s on E85 hp only with taking few hundred pounds out but then a dad bod driving to put pounds back in .
Dad bod lmao! Steedas car is a full race build leaving on a high stall converter. Cobra jet intake, big throttle body, headers, full exhaust, race suspension, and lots of weight reduction. That car makes close to 600rwhp N/A, and probably weighs 400lbs less than my car. But If I were leaving on the trans brake, or had a converter than yes, it would do low 10’s all day on a 150 shot.
600rwhp maybe if they have a ported head and cammed or even higher compression pistons . A CJ won’t jump from stock intake manifold , headers , exhaust e85 Rwhp of 480-500 to 600 over a CJ . Can’t even see ported heads and cam allowing for another 100rwhp unless going like 13:1 compression . Perhaps u meant 600crank hp with CJ and stock engine . Because it took steeda running ported head and cams to get into 9’s . I wish there was a dyno video on their ported head and cam setup
Your speed odometer is dead on 125 crossing the traps. Great run man. .. I have a 12' GT with a circle D 4c. I run 11.60-11.70. I want to get a 100 shot. Will my converter be too much for 100 shot?
MormonMustang I got the same setup as you as far as torque converter goes. I would get a progressive controller so it doesn’t flash the converter to hard. 100 shot should be safe if your running good fuel, add a bottle of Boostane on 93 and you should be safe 👍🏼
@@victorxavier9977 thanks. It's a bit aggressive for a daily driver. If it was a daily driver , I wouldn't go over a 2c or 3c. For some Some guys , I guess it's fine but this is a very aggressive converter. It really comes down to personal preference and what your use of the car is.
Victor Xavier I like my 4C launching at 3500+ rpm is awesome. Just add strange adjustable struts and shocks and drag radials to make use of the converter , I find it’s near stock once you over 40km/h. It’s loose in first and second when accelerating slow but locks up after and drives like stock. A good tune is a must! Makes all the difference with the 6R80
It has happened to me with the plug pulled as well. I agree though that this is some sort of torque management or for some reason it’s going to open loop. On the log the when the car goes fat the fuel trims go to zero. Something is not right in the tune IMO.
Why have the nitrous to where it turns off at 7,400 if it shifts at 7,400?? Let it turn off at like 7,800 where it was.So when it shifts at 7,400 ithe nitrous stays on all through the pass. Make no sense to me.At least???
They are trying to figure out why it goes into open loop, and then goes pig rich. I've got another tune revision to try. We will get it there, and when we do, she's going to rip!
Like anything else you do to modify your car, it can. But yes, nitrous really should only be used if you fully understand how it and your engine works.
Congrats on getting into the 10’s!!! Can’t wait to see it make a pass with all the bugs worked out!
10's WOW great work!
Congrats on a great run and there's still more in it!
Thanks bro!
Does the nitrous express coyote nitro kit plate system come with everything included the one from Americanmuscle?
Congrats my guy
Thanks bro
Good job, the car was movin!
Thanks bro!
Great time Serpent!! Faster than StangMode!
Stangmodes na

Probably 10.3 if he leaves at 2k RPM
🔥🔥🔥🤘 niice. have u check your sparkplugs? js can you do a video how to use nitrous and give us tips. keep dem vids coming 🙌
I've tried multiple different plug gaps. Yes, there will be plenty more nitrous videos coming.
Man dude Iv been waiting for a few weeks now.
I know bro. I had a really ruff couple weeks and just wasn’t motivated to do anything. Content should start flowing again.
Dude, you’re tuning through Palm Beach and you wonder why you’re having issues lmao 😂
Keep rocking it man! Hope you get that bog worked out. Got to be over fuelling. But watch out for pooling fuel in the intake, would hate to see that back fire and lite your car on fire 😓
Maybe your getting spark blow out, what plugs and gap do you have?
I originally thought it was spark blowout but I’ve tried two sets of plugs and gaps from .28 up to .35. I’m pretty sure it’s something in the tune.
So what does your a/f read when you feel it lay over? Post back what PB dyno said after they review your log
Any plans to open the exhaust up? Headers/Cat deletes and H pipe?
I’ve got to wait for the gt500 to see for sure what I’ll be doing with the 18 GT.
I love this video, nuff said, lol.
The MPH looks extremely low for a 150 shot
the wndow switch turned it off at 7400
Would really run with a converter.....60ft is terrible....friend of my has a fbo 19’ and he’s still high 1.7’s to low 1.8’s every time...
10’s 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nice man was thinking doing that to mine when I had mine. Wonder what it could of done on stock tune if things worked right for you. Left so hard man can’t beat nitrous pull. When is the nitrous kicking in?
It comes on at about 3100 rpm or right around when I pass the tree. You can clearly hear the nitrous come on in the videos.

Ok stock axle, time for big axe what was your 60’ I could not see it on your time slip congratulations for your 10 second.😎👏🇨🇦
Congratulations bro! Now when are you going to the 9s? Lol 😂😂😂😎🏁
Thanks bro! Probably when I get the gt500 lol.🤣

Serpent Stangs that rear wing is something, I made some valid points to help with the haters. Lol
I know this is an old video but what all is done to the car? Just nitrous? Are you leaving on a transbrake? E85?

The ngauge that you have did you get the one with e85 basic bolts on tune right ?
Where did u get ur switch kit from? And do u have part number?
Do you have cats on the car?
What do you have the timing set at for the 150 shot.

From cars Ive had on nitrous it messes with the sensors etc and can cause some check engine light to flash etc. I would’t sweat it
how many HP you get with nitrous ? and we need rolling race ;D
where did u get the window switch from bro i need it

I said close to 600whp. It’s 571whp to be exact. They have a dyno graph on their Instagram. If you want to DM me on Instagram I can link you to it.
Congrats man
Thanks man!
I have to get me a Nitrous set up 💪💪👍

Yes with a window switch and or progressive controller, you’ll be good. Can always dial in the spray to come in a bit later.
Hey I have to ask how do you like the converter and how street friendly is it? BTW great times!

Next time you go pull the plug that they pull for the Dyno. I think your TQ MANAGEMENT is still kicking in. Just go try it on the street. Lol

@@Serpent_Stangs_Racing disconnect the actual module from the brakes
Ia that on 100 octane tune?
Great pass m8
Im trying to the same thing with my foxbody!
Did you have to add the trans brake?
It’s offered by Palm Beach Dyno in their tunes. I haven’t used the trans brake at the track yet though due to still having stock axles.
Are you running colder plugs? 2 heat ranges?
Yes, I'm running Brisk racing plugs (2 steps colder)
Serpent Stangs Sweet was just wondering, shes a sick ride man and punching way above her class..... how many passes do u get per bottle?
Thanks! I get about 5 or 6 passes on the 150 shot.

You need to regap your plugs and maybe a one step colder
Try going down one range on your spark plugs
So what did pbd say about your log?!

Serpent Stangs right on, look forward to seeing that
you are using e85 right?
Yes
10’s are impressive.
What spark plugs are you using ? Just curious because I wanna try doing the same set up on my 2020 GT
Does nos hurt the engine
