I love this park! It was my refuge to get away from school and unplug. This transports me right back. What a wonderful place to hike and I’m so excited to bring our Sunlight to camp someday 😊 PS- if you go back, the Glen Iris Inn used to have affordable yummy lunch and flaming deserts. Best thing after a hike. Thank you so much for sharing. ❤

It was beautiful!! The ranger said he was thinking it was coyote tracks because of how large they were but who knows!! It wasn’t a good feeling seeing those and fishing by ourselves 😬

Love that campground. Well at least your spot. Pretty private and so big. Great area for Darbi to potty. Those falls are beautiful!! And I always love a good bridge. Haven’t played horse shoes in forever. Lol watch your shins!! I’ve never actually played cornhole. We do need to get something like that for when we camp. She lost the lure Aaaaaahaha. Oh the first night it did send us into the camper. Not playing with skunks. Ribeyes are my favorite too but hanger steaks can be great if not over cooked like I did 😂✌🏿

Chuck, you might not have liked taking the 100+ steps down to the Lower Falls @10:33, but it really is the much better view! Gets you down close to the water, plus allows access to the footbridge over the river and the trail on the other side.
The alternate 1000ft walk is not bad, it's just a more limited & distant view of the falls since you walk up a hill to get there.
We did enjoy the Lower Falls... you are right so much better view... took one for the team lol!!!! Thank you!!

So miserable until it’s over 😂. Steak was good but I’ll do better next time. Don’t think they were near tracks but either the biggest coyote ever or wolf from tracks I researched. That sunrise was amazing. Love y’all ✌🏿

Never found out what those tracks were. Definitely a beautiful sunrise to watch in that area. She did catch the bigger fish, but not without my help 😂 She did do a great job I’ll give her that ✌🏿
I hate that we missed that last year. The view was awesome, and the falls were just amazing! We have been in several campgrounds that had skunks. I'm not sure why that is. The last falls we hiked to had 220 steps. We were dying!Another one for our list. Lynn and Danny

@@enroutewithchuckandcherie We usually get 41 or 42 it's right beside the restrooms, showerhouse, little store, movies Friday and Saturday night and close to beach. And they do have lake side sites.

That is an amazing state park. We loved seeing all those waterfalls. Especially Middle Falls! This is such a beautiful area. The Nature Center seemed cool too. You both caught fish! You are equals in the world of fishing. LOL. Skunks and snakes don't sound great but this is just a gorgeous place. It is definitely "up there." Thanks for taking us along!
