William's quadruped form really kicked my butt, because the only gun I had any ammo left for was the handgun (y'know, unlimited 'n' stuff) and I only had one green herb left. It was tough and it took days, I even got an in-game achievement for choosing to continue so many times, but I did manage to FINALLY defeat him. It was either a RE2 mission or a CV mission because I'm pretty sure it had a tyrant in it. I can't remember if I finally got that S rank or not.
